My normal cart of choice is Jshop but I will always recommend the best solution for your needs.

Payment gateways

Advice on how to take payments is included with any ecommerce project. Most shopping cart systems work with the three leading payment providers such as Paypal, Sagepay (formerly Protx), and Worldpay whom the majority of customers use.
