MojoMotor lets you choose different layout styles for your pages.

To make things really easy you could use just one "layout" to power your whole site, but if you need a little more flexibility here's a few ideas that you can use multiple layouts for:

Different types of content, eg home page, section page or article page
Theme each section of your site, eg with different colours/logo etc
Special layouts for things like promo pages

Your web designer can create any number of layout types for you, or if you know how to work with HTML and CSS you can add your own.
