Sitepoint.com is one of the leading providers of information and services for web professionals. Formed in 1994 as webmaster-resources.com it adopted the Sitepoint name in 1999 and, at the time of writing, is the 954th most visited web site in the world!
I’ve been an active forums member there for several years, taking part in discussions and helping others with web design problems. And then I got the invite to become part of their team of Mentors, which I accepted.
Being a mentor means keeping an eye on the forums, helping discussions flow, offering web development advice, and the inevitable dealing with scallwags.
And I get a shiny new forum badge!
